SupplySide West: What to Expect
This October’s expo marks 26 years of an event that has grown into more than just a food industry expo. Today, the four-day conference includes education sessions, supplier presentations and many opportunities to connect with some of the most important companies in the industry.
For the third year, SupplySide West is sharing the weekend with Food Ingredients North America. FI North America focuses on food ingredients and dietary supplements, with special attention to natural, organic and functional food products. Co-opting the weekend makes it convenient for visitors and exhibitors and adds additional gravity to an expo that already draws thousands of attendees annually.
